The five executive of SUMBA waited nervously, pacing up and down the Common Room at 4:55 pm on Thursday of Week 1. But their fear was unwarranted, for a sign from God was received!
SUMBA’s first rehearsal of 2019 was a huge success. We had 20 (!) new members, eager to meet new people and blow their horns (or hit their sticks). On the repertoire list were some old SUMBA classics (Oye Como Va) mixed between Generation 2.0 hits (25 or 6 to 4).
